Will these properties crash in price in the future when people realize the area is very uncomfortable to live there and as the temperature keep climbing to levels that the human body can not tolerate?
I expect coastal properties will increase in price and people will continue moving up to the Central Coast and Newcastle rather than move out west.

The mercury will begin to rise from Thursday, with 30C forecast for Blacktown and 34C in Penrith.
Friday is when the city will really start to feel the heat, with 35C expected in the city, and 40C in Sydney’s west.
This comes after storms lashed Sydney on Tuesday, causing flash flooding, extensive property damage, as well as creating a sinkhole at a mansion near Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull’s Point Piper residence.
